Yes, our fam­i­ly went to see the Broad­way pro­duc­tion of Mary Pop­pins today. It was astounding.

The boys were enthralled. It was the first time Tris­tan had ever been to a live the­ater pro­duc­tion. He was quite puz­zled at first, and asked all sorts of ques­tions about why ‘the screen kept chang­ing’. We fig­ured out that he thought this was a movie the­ater, and he could­n’t fig­ure out how they were doing this amaz­ing­ly life-like 3d stuff… once we explained it was real life actors and props, he real­ly got into it.
